1. نطاق السياسة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع منتجات البيع بالجملة داخل موقع El Turky.

2. سياسة الاسترجاع

لا يتم قبول استرجاع المنتجات إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع واضح ومثبت.

3. سياسة الاستبدال

في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج:
يتم استبدال القطعة المعيبة فقط
لا يتم استبدال أو استرجاع الطلب بالكامل

4. حالات غير مقبولة للاسترجاع

لا يتم قبول أي طلب استرجاع في الحالات التالية:
تغيير رأي العميل بعد الاستلام
عدم القدرة على إعادة البيع
عدم الإعجاب بالمنتج
اختلاف توقعات العميل بعد الشراء

5. فحص المنتجات

يتم فحص المنتجات قبل الشحن لضمان الجودة وتقليل نسبة العيوب لأقصى حد ممكن.

6. مسؤولية العميل

العميل مسؤول عن اختيار المنتجات المناسبة لنشاطه التجاري قبل تأكيد الطلب.

7. ملاحظات مهمة

المنتجات بالجملة لا تخضع لنظام تجربة أو معاينة
يتم التعامل مع كل طلب كعملية تجارية نهائية بعد التأكيد

Return & Exchange Policy – El Turky

1. Scope

This policy applies to all wholesale products sold through El Turky website.

2. Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted in case of a verified manufacturing defect.

3. Exchange Policy

If a defect is found:
Only the defective item will be replaced
Full order replacement or refund is not allowed

4. Non-Acceptable Return Cases

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Inability to resell the product
Customer dissatisfaction without defect
Expectations mismatch after purchase

5. Quality Control

All products are inspected before shipping to minimize defects as much as possible.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting suitable products before confirming orders.

Wholesale products are not sold on a trial basis
